We had an excellent experience with this painting and construction team. They completely transformed our basement—ripping out the old carpeting, installing new flooring, repainting all the walls, fixing every imperfection, reframing areas, adding new drywall, and repainting the ceiling black. They also moved and reinstalled baseboards, fixed all transitions, and paid close attention to detail throughout the entire project.

Their workmanship was top-notch, they were professional, clean, and communicative, and the finished product exceeded our expectations. The basement looks brand new. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for quality construction and painting work.

Excellent workmanship.  The painters, Jim and Rudy,  are neat and precise.  And the Project Manager, Beth, is so knowledgeable.  Thankful that I had her to help with color choices.  Can't end this review without saying how trustworthy Kareem is.  Price was affordable and our home looks beautiful.

K and A painting just finished staining our newly built hemlock garage with loft and patio overhang. They were extremely efficient,  paid close attention to detail,  and the price was much lower then other quotes we received.  In addition,  Kareem took time to come over with stain samples to ensure the color we chose was the right one.
